Engaging Minds. Building Futures.

Welcome to Salisbury Academy, a caring, vibrant community where strong relationships are forged between teacher and child and home and school.

For more than 20 years, we have been Engaging Minds and Building Futures for students. It has been my privilege to serve as a teacher, administrator, parent, and volunteer over the last decade and partner with families who are looking for an exemplary place for children to grow and to learn.

The community at Salisbury Academy is a supportive, collaborative one where teachers, parents, students, and staff work together to create an educational environment where students thrive as engaged and enthusiastic learners. Our size allows us to know and love every child and challenge them to meet their academic potential.

What makes us unique and special? Through our hands-on, experiential approach to education, children develop the ability to think logically and critically and to LOVE the learning process. Salisbury Academy is unique in its ability to place a strong emphasis on early-childhood education and allow middle school students leadership opportunities while encouraging them to stay young for as long as possible. High school admission directors and administrators repeatedly report that students arrive on the scene ready to learn, lead, succeed, and contribute to their new school communities in many important ways.

Salisbury Academy is a wonderful place for children to spend the most critical years of growth and development. Our beautiful campus and outstanding facilities offer plenty of room to grow in mind, body, spirit, and character, and our talented faculty and staff create a family that cares deeply about the success and well-being of each and every child. We encourage you to explore our website and, better yet, I invite you to visit us, walk through our classrooms, and talk with our teachers and students to discover first-hand the opportunities that await your child and your family.

Sincerely,

Beverly Fowler, Head of School
