We are accepting donations of healthy snacks and drinks (no soda, candy, or gum) for this day. Thank you!
For all of the rehearsals going forward: Parents are welcome to make themselves comfortable in the theater and watch.
A recap from the previous Director's Note:
The production has been moving along. We have had some small hiccups with attendance and rehearsals, and we want to have an amazing show. We also have noticed the kids having some anxiety and difficulty getting the scripts out of their hands. That said, we have decided to make the production more schedule-friendly and student-friendly by doing a reader's theatre/concert style performance. We will still be doing the full show and have all the production elements, but we will be using stands so students don't have to be stressed out about getting the lines in their heads.
I thank you for your continued patience and diligence as we work for the school musical and to give these students an amazing experience moving forward.
Sincerely,
Lee Street theatre
